The evolution of a Thanksgiving Menu. I’ll be updating this post with recipes, shopping lists, and of course the final presentation.
Update 11/21/2011: Today we went shopping at Trader Joe’s (TJ) for our Thanksgiving Essentials plus some additional entertaining goodies for time with the family for $70. The menue items below are my time tested favorites, I’ve tried other store brand options at Vons but they are not as good. We splurge on our favorite items, either with high quality engreedents or in quantaty for leftovers.
You’ll also find descriptions of where we’re delegating, with both sets of parents and friends coming to our house were sharing our kitchen with our many family chefs.
I hope to be able to post our kitchen and oven scheduler as well!Appetizers:
